Riverbrookbike.com is going through a pretty cool transition, and as is well on its way to being completed! Riverbrook is among a relatively small group of bricks and mortar Trek dealers in America to fully implement the new Trek retailer exclusive Sync and Fulfill system.  It's taken a bit of work behind the scenes, but will result (actually already is resulting) in better choices and options for you, our customers.  

What this means for you is that Trek and Bontrager products and accessories will continue to be available as they always have been in our Seeley and Hayward stores so that you can make that special trip to chat, get fit, and discuss your personal needs with some of the best informed retail support anywhere.  Trek branded frames, forks, and framesets will be available for purchase online, but will be shipped to us for proper assembly and in-store pick-up. Other than that, a huge selection of Trek/Bontrager product, accessories, clothing, electronics, and other items will be availble right here on Riverbrook's own website for you to shop and have shipped directly to you from our store or Trek's warehouse.  If you're in the area, traveling through on vacation, coming up for an event, or headed to the cabin you can have your items waiting at our store for convenient pick up (and get a nice instore discount to boot) - how cool is that!

The last piece of our e-commerce change has to do with all of the other great products we feature at Riverbrook from great brands such as Sugoi, Salomon, Craft, Toko, Swix, Optic Nerve,Bjorn Daehlie, Eisbar, and others!  Those too are undergoing a rapid change with a point-of-sale syncronization as we speak between our shop location and the website. Called POS sync and fulfill, we now offer to you most of the products we have on hand in our store for immediate selection, automatic payment, and shipping ( as well as in-store pickup). We hope you will be a little patient with us as we fine tune and buildout this last piece, but right now a fair amount of it is ready to rock with more migrating online daily!!

All of this is great news for a retailer hq'd out of Seeley, Wisconsin! We're committed to employing some great people in our local market, and this enhanced partnership with Wisconsin's own Trek Bicycle Corporation will allow us to grow into the future with confidence and stability.  To accomplish all of this, we'll be transitioning out of our location in Spooner, opening a Hayward location, and then focusing on our "diamond in the rough" flagship store in Seeley, Wisconsin - the center of the mountain biking and skiing universe!!!  So, expect some remodeling of the church and a few other enhancements over the next 6-12 months; all of this is exciting, fun, a lot of work, but you-our customer-should benefit greatly!
